The source of this miraculous water is from the spring beneath the earth surface adjacent to a century old "balite" tree , it was accidentally discovered by small scale miners in the Ala-e locality circa 1985 to 1990, a small size replica of blessed Virgin Mary laid on top of the said spring. According to Brother Timoteo ( real name Pebrito Tuyor ) a local miner and a resident of Ala-e, he was once a member of local miners in the area and before they commends their digging activities they will have to pray to the Blessed Virgin Mary even in their short pants and T-shirt. Brother Jacob (real name : Segundo Raganot) who was later become brother Timoteo's friend was then a member of Brod Timoteo's mining group.

SITE & LOCATION:
Today said spring is located in Barangay Ala-e , Manolo Fortich , Bukidnon, Philippines, right at the back of Ala-e Elementary School, at downhill portion and adjacent to a creek, however improvement was made by concern devotees by providing steps atop hill side so as to enhance visiting devotees to their plight towards the miraculous water & to the Blessed Virgin Mary grotto as well. The placed was named Bag-ong Paraiso by the concern devotees which means New Paradise. Recently its Bus Fare from Agora,Terminal, Cagayan De Oro to Barangay Ala-e is about forty pesos ( 40.00 Php ) , while at crossing Barangay Puerto to Barangay Alae is twenty pesos (20.00 Php).
MISSION AND VISION:
Brother Jacob (real name: Segundo Raganot) a spiritual leader in catholic charismatic group in Agora, Lapasan, Cagayan De Oro ,( Spiritual Charismatic Mother Of Mercy) , had a a vision through a dream that said spring in Alae where Virgin Mary icon was located, near a balite tree and beside a creek , wherein the Blessed Virgin Mary talk to him in his dream to clean and make necessary arrangement on the said area and that the spring water in the area are blessing from God Almighty and a gift from Blessed Virgin Mary to his needy people.
During that time Brother Jacob had joined Brother Timoteo’s group in their mining activities in a hope to find any Yamashita Treasure in that place but they find pile of rocks . The said group during those days were composed of Brother Pedro (Jesse) who is presently residing at Mayuga, Guindulman, Bohol and actively doing his evangelical mission in that place, other one is Bother Timoteo who is presently the spiritual leader of spiritual charismatic group in Bagong Paraiso, Ala-e itself. Two other fellows whose name were forgotten and last one is Brother Jacob who was already a spiritual leader of a catholic spiritual charismatic group for quiet sometime .

Through the guide of holy spirit , the Spiritual Charismatic Mother of Mercy from Agora Cagayan de Oro lead by Brother Jacob visited the said spring in Ala-e as a sort of their evangelical mission and worship activity at Blessed Virgin Mary’s Grotto. Brother Timoteo and his group who were busy on their mining activities during that time initially joined the worship and were able to witness the unique way of Praising God. An account of Brother Timoteo’s testimony revealed that while he and his colleagues are following the group of Brother Jacob in their worship , he clearly saw as a matter of visualization, that the hill they are going down was converted into real stairs and the said place were filled with white clouds up to the location of the Blessed Virgin Mary’s Grotto and he shared this miracle to the group right after the worship activity . It was then that their mining activities was slowly stop and Brother Timoteo and his group was then converted as a devotee to the Spiritual Charismatic Mother of Mercy to date.
THE NEW PARADISE:
From the year 1990, the said place "Bag-ong Paraiso" which means "New Paradise" was slowly beautify through local means, these were through the effort of the concern devotees from Agora, Cagayan De Oro lead by Brother Jacob , Brother Timoteo and other communities also who in one way contributed to the beautification and rearrangement of said place. Most likely they had to visit in the said place as a group and as a sort of evangelical mission and worship to God and finally cleaning activities.
Year 2004 when Brother Timoteo was called by God as the caretaker of " Bag-ong Paraiso" and likewise as the new spiritual leader of Spiritual Charismatic Catholic Group in said place. He was accompanied by his family particularly Sister Martha his wife who was also a devoted evangelist of this religious group. On the other hand Sister Veronica together with her husband Brother Bartolome from Agusan , Cagayan De Oro City , assisted Brother Timoteo at Bag-ong Paraiso. Sister Veronica was tasked by the holy spirit to handle the decoration of the said place, most likely in special occasion like Holy Masses and Annual Fiesta Activities . Bag-ong Paraiso had a small chapel which was built through the financial assistance and effort of concern devotees and from people who were miraculously healed from their sickness and suffering. A local type bath was constructed at the back of chapel for those who want to take a shower or as a medication of their sickness.
WORSHIP SCHEDULE:
Every Ordinary Wednesday at exactly 8:00 o’clock in the morning starts the worship at Bag-ong Paraiso. They will have holy rosary first then followed by the messages of Holy Spirit of God through its available human medium or prophet followed by bible reading and bible sharing wherein everyone is encourage to share his interpretation of the message from the said bible. Lastly would be the pray-over and spiritual healing of the sick people.
Every First Wednesday of the month, after the holy rosary a special Holy Mass will be undertaken which is then officiated by Father Timoteo (real name:Teotimo Tutor), from Tignapolo-an, Cagayan De Oro City, Then we will hear messages from Holy Spirit of God through its human medium or prophet then followed by pray-over and healing of the sick people wherein the other Brother Timoteo who is the spiritual leader of the said place will personally gave bath to the sick people through the miraculous healing water.
Every February 12 is the annual fiesta of the said place, Bag-ong Paraiso which was then the Fiesta Of Our Lady of Lourdes, wherein a whole day activity will be initiated by the said group. A procession at dawn (3:00 A.M. ) of fiesta day will be initiated around the suburb of Ala-e, the icon Blessed Virgin Mary will be carried by four people and will lead the procession for two hours.
